There was a buffet lunch at the training I went to and I filled most of my plate with salad and fruit, then had a little chicken, a little of the stuffing it was stuffed with and the green beans. I skipped the potatoes, gravy and beef stroganoff.

I burned 210 calories (according to my heart rate monitor) doing level 2 of Jillian's 30 day shred. I do a different level every day so I am rotating the muscles that I am using.

I fell off my healthy eating habits while having to work quite a bit Christmas and having a really stressful time balancing work and family but just took my first step to get back on track today.

I tracked my calorie intake and ate very healthy and feel so much better.

It’s official. I lost 9 lbs since 1/3. The big change for me was giving up drinking spirits in the evenings. Alcohol stifled my weight loss all last year.

I did a 20 minute kickboxing workout from exercisetv.tv this morning, walked for 2 miles while running errands around town, had a delicious turkey 6 inch sub for lunch... I'm feeling really good about this journey today. =)

Had a productive day at work, really enjoyed the 2 new recipes I prepared last night (soooo good!), and had a great workout! Feel so great today!
