I've met half of my 4 daily goals (tracked everything I ate, Sparked! for at least 10 minutes), and as soon as I post this message, I'm off to tackle goal 3 (workout at least 20 min!), then I'll be back to finish up goal 4... a blog post! WOOT GO ME!

Ate what I planned (minus some minor modifications... same stuff, just different portion sizes), and made kept my "work out for at least 20 minutes a day EVERYDAY during November" streak going... TWO FOR TWO!! Consistent exericise has been my biggest problem, so I'm looking for this challenge to make exercise a habit for me that I will carry on past November!

I haven't done much. It is frustrating, and it shows in my lack of weight loss this month. I really need to step it up and focus more next month. Maybe I need to step away from weight loss, and focus on my other life stressors that are taking control right now. Get them under control, and everything else is more likely to fall into place right??

I went for a good hike with my husband and dog, emma, this morning. I have stuck to my calories today so far and been drinking lots of fluids. I had a bad day on Tuesday, but brushed off my injured ego and have been back on program for almost 3 days now even though I ended up up 2 lbs after my bad day tuesday. :)

I woke up early this morning and took my dogs for a walk around the block a few times. it's about a mile. Then came in and cooked a good breakfast and fixed lunch for the day. Been hitting my water intake goals and staying in my calorie goals every day! So progress is on its way!

What have I done today? I wrote two blogs and I'm getting back on Spark in a big way! I know that I can't get in shape alone so I will be relying on this website to help me. I have failed twice this year but I think this time it will work.

I worked out for about an hour doing circuit training with kickboxing. Whew! I burned about 400 calories! I may even get on the treadmill tonight after dinner. :) I am feeling motivated today.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I am so frustrated. I had to pick up a set of shelves - huge warehouse shelving - took 2 hours this morning. Then I was waiting to hear about a possible interview. Had it set up for this afternoon. Then got lost and didn't make it.
At least they returned my call later to reschedule the appointment, since I called them for directions and could not get through.

What an awful wasted day.

Was scheduled to do Insanity Max Plyo today, but because it was a nice sunny day I instead worked outside for about 2 hours, washing/waxing all the cars & motorcycles, cleaning my sheds, driveway and side yards. It was a constant workout and sweat.

Tues, 10/20. Spent 90 minutes sweating in the backyard, raking, gardening and hauling debris.

The SP Fitness, calculator indicates that activity of that nature burns ~721 calories. Can't be sure, but it was a workout.
