My mom has been paying for my membership there for almost a year. I wish I took advantage of it sooner I just began going to classes for the past month. I'm still trying to work on making it to the same classes for constancy, luckily one of my coworkers goes to the circuit training at 11:15 on mon wed and soon to be fri (Great for fat-burning since its a mix of strength and cardio, and you can take breaks if necessary she also has easier exercises if its to intense). I haven't tried zumba yet because I want my mom to make it to the gym with me and that seems to be something she is interested in so I want to start at the same level with her. I am also trying to make it to the strength classes at 9:30 on tue and thur although I have not been so successful lol. Step is great for your legs and coordination, a little difficult. STRETCH ON YOUR OWN TIME, I injured my self the first time because I didn't stretch throughout the day later, they are great classes but tough on your body. sometimes i have to take a nap b4 work :D
