So does these stupid anxiety attacks every end without meds?

I had never realized all this newly discovered anxiety was menopause related. Just thought I was getting some " elderly symptoms" awful early. emoticon

Well I've been on the Zoloft for a week now and voila...feeling much better and not as many anxiety issues. Things are looking brighter! Interesting how the body changes really do change your life a bit more than expected.

I'm not crazy, well I am but I'm not! Was wondering why as time has gone on little things cause me to panic. Watching TV ..panic attack - hot flash. Talking to a friend ..panic attack-hot flash. Thought I was crazy, but Oh wait, there is a pattern here, or so I thought until I started having panic attacks / anxiety and no hot flashes. Now what is wrong? My doctor stated this is normal for some during menopause and he gave me a prescription to help. So today is day 1 of the new little pill which I take only 1/2 of for the first week. Will see if this helps or not. Meanwhile...we keep smiling..

Winter is around the corner - hot flashes will be appreciated from time to time, maybe!
