I put some in my coffee

Everybody tells me that they would love to knit, but they don't have time. I look at people's lives and I can see opportunity and time for knitting all over the place. The time spent riding the bus each day? That's a pair of socks over a month. Waiting in line? Mittens. Watching TV? one capsule before each meal. if you use it as a seasoning.. sprinkle on to taste.. such as on apple slices

Plus, it's said to be good for inflammation!

How much do you take in capsule form? I may try adding a bit, along with the organic tumeric that I use, in my green smoothies. Hmmm...going to give it a try!

Mine is usually carb... sometimes adding a great hamburger on it lol

To get over carb cravings.. cinnamon is wonderful. It helps with the cravings... lowers the glucose

I take it in capsule form, but also sprinkle on fruits and other carbs as well as in my coffee

I seem to crave almost anything that have tomatoes!!! My favorite!!! Pizza is a biggee for me--but I will make or order out one with 1/2 veggie and hubby can enjoy his side with whatever toppings he likes. Less cheese than typical, spinach, tomatoes and mushrooms on a thin crust-that's me!

And when my sugar cravings are strong-water-water-water until hopefully the craving passes as I'm trying to avoid all sugar the best I can!

We all have those times where we crave certain foods, tastes and even texture--sugary, salty, crunchy, smooth, etc., types of foods! Some of which are healthy and some of which we know aren't the best of food choices.
