very good description

Everybody tells me that they would love to knit, but they don't have time. I look at people's lives and I can see opportunity and time for knitting all over the place. The time spent riding the bus each day? That's a pair of socks over a month. Waiting in line? Mittens. Watching TV? Buckets of wasted time that could be an exquisite lace shawl. ~Stephanie Pearl-McPhee, At Knit's End: Meditations for Women Who Knit Too Much A true friend reaches for your hand but touches your hea

I was reading an interesting article that described pain like a ONION. Onions have many layers and so does PAIN.

Last month I resigned from my job as a cashier I couldn't deal with the pain level any longer working it got so that I just want to punch everyone everything they did really got under my skin and it was all due to my pain level. Now form reading this article I have a better understanding of my pain.

Outer layer (first) is everyday pain
Second layer is a little thicker pain from here is workable with over the counter medication
finally the inner layers unbearable pain nothing works but prescription medication.

This was where I was with my most recent flare up where I finally had to throw the towel in and say I give. I'm now working on my SSI/SSDI now I never know when I can wear shoes to go out of the house in.

What's your take on Pain and the levels you go through?
