well, pretty much any decent ol school hip hop mix will get me going. this song isn't new but it's my new favorite: start the commotion, by the wiseguys. it is nothing short of straight up workout sassiness.

Whenever I stop exercising and then start up again I always forget how much of a difference the right music can make to my workout. I study and work to music but for some reason it never stuck that my love of music and activity would translate to helping me enjoy exercising.

Just a reminder to rock it out to your favorite artists and please leave me your music suggestions.

Here are a few of mine:

The Must Have for any playlist (I mean Gold) :
Artist:Michael Jackson
Album: Blood on the Dance Floor History in the Mix
Song(s): History (Tony Moran's History Lesson) and This Time Around (D.M. Radio Mix)

Why they rock: Well, first of all its MJ. I mean...duh. lol And secondly they are so long that you get in the zone and then their remixes so they are as amped as you are.
