Had a craving for something "Asian" tasting. Looked in my cupboards and fridge and found the items needed to make this and gave it a try. Really liked the results. Thought I would share them. I didn't eat the entire dish, and have left overs---the next day the marinade is even better (if it lasts that long). LOL!

Oops! I just realized when I entered the recipe it says "1 serving" of the aminos instead of 1 teaspoon.
