I don't know how your body knows you have started a diet, but that first week is wonderfully reinforcing. Just know that if you go back to your old habits, that first 10 pounds come back on just as quick... Congrats and good luck.

relish that weight loss now, because the first 10 comes off easily, then slowly, so that is considered real loss. Keep drinking your water, tracking your nutrician and keep doing what your doing. Good luck in your journey

Yes you can lose that much weight, it could be water weight or u may have found the combination of foods to kick start the weight loss! congrats to you!

Is is physically possible to have lost 6 lbs in 3 days? That's what my scale says! I was eating enough food and not exercising overly much. I'm trying to work into is slowly.

I don't know if I should be happy or get a new scale. lol
