I'm going to give this a try. I just can't do squats because I had knee surgery in January and had the ligament on the side of my knee cut loose and it's not strong enough yet. The doctor said it may be a year before I can do squats or lunges. I'll try a few here and there though just to see where I'm at. I'll definitely do the pushups and crunches though.

I do quite a few of these with the strength training program I use. I'm only shooting for every other day, though, because the strength videos I use are all high rep. (I'm still feeling the 65 knee pushups I did 3 days ago, ouch!)

OK SOME OF YOU MAY BE ASKING PCS?? WELL WITH BATHING SUIT BEACH WEATHER ALMOST UPON US I THOUGHT A PUSHUP, CRUNCH, AND SQUAT CHALLENGE WOULD BE GOOD.

THIS CHALLENGE IS GOOD ANYWHERE WALL PUSHUPS, MODIFIED CRUNCHES IN A CHAIR AND SQUATS CAN ALL BE DONE AT HOME IN THE OFFICE WHERE EVER YOU CAN FIT A FEW IN DURING THE DAY

DO AS MANY OF EACH AS YOU CAN A DAY AND THEN DOCUMENT IT HERE
