June has been a good month for me, too, and I give all the credit to this challenge. Knowing I had to make 90 miles this month is what's gotten me out the door on more than one occasion. Thanks to this challenge I've gotten into the (good) habit of taking a 2 or 3 mile walk before daylight and another couple miles after work. I feel so much better since I started doing this!

3 miles today. It is so hot out again. This week is supposed to be that way so I need to do a lot more inside this week. Darn it, I was getting used to 3 miles out side and then 2 or 3 after at home.
