Since I'm starting late I will set my goal to walk 75+ miles in May

May 15- rest, had a wisdom tooth pulled and was on pain meds.
May 16- rest, was at the hospital 12 hrs. while my daughter gave birth to my 7th grand daughter!

I will try for approximately 3 miles a day. I am getting a late start and missed some days walking so far with the Lesley Sansone Video. So I am aiming for around 70-80 miles for May.

I will post my miles weekly (Every Sunday) here.

OBSHORTIE: Spark asscoiates weights with strength not cardio workouts. That is why you can't find it. If you want to accurately track calories burned you would need a heart rate monitor and then you an manually enter the calories in the tracker.

I have a general question about walking carrying 3 pound weights in each hand. I did that May 4th and FELT like I was burning more calories(I was sweating a lot as well). There is no option for walking with weights in the cardio fitness section. I normally walk 13 min/mile and was wondering if anybody has any advice on how I can input the weight carrying aspect into my cardio calories burned? Thanks emoticon emoticon
