Well, to be honest, I blew my range too. I got 1613 calories, when I had planned 1200. But when I look at Spark's plan for me (1200-1550), its not so bad.

Tomorrow is another day. I will try for 1200 again.

Good luck to all of you. I blew my nutrition range out of the world at lunch today and did not even eat the whole meal.


I WILL look to smaller goals to accomplish the final goal!

Bill are you going some place that you can check the menu ahead of time. That always helps. Have a great dinner.

So far I am sticking to my eating plan and are in my ranges....keeping fingers crossed

My meal planning for the day is already planned out - and in the proper ranges! Now I just have to stick with it.

PS. Bill go to Applebee's; they have some good under 550 calorie dishes.

That'll be tough with going out tonight.

Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever.
