Bill, I think most people are harder on themsleves; at least I know I am.

You are doing great! I've stumbled around these last couple of years as you been losing weight and getting in shape. Bill, keep up the good work!

I'm good at complementing others...harder on myself.

Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever.

Happiness - let's see. I made progress yesterday. 1,134 calories and worked out with personal trainer and did 2 classes at gym. I am proud of myself.

Otherwise, all areas of life are going well. I am happy!

I did compliment a fellow swimmer this morning when we were doing partner swimming with how nice her follow through on her stroke was. Hopefully it made her feel good!
