So far I have 2150 scheduled for the day. It is at my upper limit of 2300 but it is still in range so I am happy about that!

"I'm a running contradiction....I am a runner and I am lazy. I know that running allows me to enjoy my down time to a greater level. I am a runner first, lazy second. For me, these aren't mutually exclusive terms. Without one, I couldn't enjoy the other."

Thank you so much Bob Schwartz (I Run, Therefore I Am- Nuts!) for this lovely, funny insight into my life.

I eat very little processed food (breakfast oatmeal) and that has almost 900 mg of sodium. I love all the Mrs Dash products. Plus, garlic pepper is great.

Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever.

Think about how much sodium/salt you eat or drink today. If it is excessive, try to limit it today.
