This is the first Saturday of June and for me that means taking fitness measurements besides just the scale. So the results are as follows:

Dates: 05/03/2016 - 06/04/2016
Waist: 48.5 - 44 / Dropped 4.5 inches from my gut!
Hips: 44 - 42 / Dropped 2 inches from my butt!
Thigh: 23.5 - 23 / Dropped .5 inch from my upper leg!
Bicep: 13 - 13 / No change even though my arms are stronger now than they were
Energy: 1 - 4 / My energy level is WAY higher now than when I started
Stress: 3 - 2 / My stress level is down quite a bit
Pushups in 1 minute: 11 - 25 / Huge increase in my ability to do pushups
Crunches in 1 minute: 2 - 15 / Huge increase in abdominal strength
3-Minute Step Test: 153 BPM - 100 BPM / Vast improvement in my pulse's ability to recover after exertion!
Resting Heart Rate: 90 BPM - 70 BPM / Making that heart stronger and healthier!
Fasting Glucose: 201 mg/Dl - 136 mg/Dl / Great reduction in fasting glucose levels!
Mood: 3 - 8 / Tremendous improvement in my daily mood!
Weight: 250 - 234 / 16 pounds lost in May!

Great progress in all areas from when I started. Remember that there is more to your health than just the number on the scale!
