I didn't finish mine emoticon - didn't even work on it. However, I ended up making two other quilts - a wedding quilt and a daycare "graduation" quilt.

Finished my one and done! For October my one a month is to quilt this beast. Its a lot prettier than the photo. The fabrics are shiny with gold and silver. I'm thinking I need a shiny thread but I'm afraid to try one.

This is the fabric line. I still have tons of it. When my LQS had their sale, I bought five yds of the border fabric which is also the backing. Using most of it. It was $ 4 or 6 yd I think. Feels so good. And I'm starting the quilting process in my head. Carol

I'm not going to make my one a month. My weekend quilting time has been derailed. We made me a new desk for my office and I spent last weekend working on the epoxy pour. And this weekend I completely emptied my office, purged, and organized. We're going to paint it this week and do some rearranging. :)

I've started quilting Frolic, but I'm definitely not going to complete that before Thursday.

My one a month will be to get one baby quilt made for Bev's project. We are going to be gone from the 11th through the 19th and that's the week, I'll work on my hand quilting on my Winter Solstice. It'd be nice if I'd actually finish it this year!! LOL! So my time for sewing on the machine is cut down by over a week but I'll do my best to get one done.

I am going to finish the Beaded Lantern top which is a free pattern from Christa Watson with Christa Quilts. I just need to add 3 more 2 1/2" pieced border strips around it and it is laying out for me to do. Also starting to quilt rose. Carol
