...it was a busy day out & about. Two appts.that were helpful.

Fruits: 2 or more every day but 3 ...so 27 / 30

I have a bag of small brown wrapped things in the fridge. After dinner, while craving a sweet, I can have a few of these and am completely satisfied. I dont have to go and have the whole bag. Mind you, these are small and they are not my favorites. Put something in there with coconut and I'd have to eat the whole bag. Carol

Well Carol--what can I say...quilting has won out for both of us this month! I can say it reduces stress and stress is bad...maybe even ranking right up there with diet and exercise.

I may have overdone on the fruit yesterday but it wasn't cookies and ice cream: blackberries ad pineapple for breakfast, apple for snack, blackberries, blueberries and strawberries for snack before bed. We won't talk about rest of the diet!

We went for a little walk in the neighborhood today as it was sunny and a little warmer. I can't wait until we reach into the 60's daily. I always eat enough fruit...it is the other things that I eat that can be a problem. Sun and warmer weather needs to come soon.

I am happy to be back on my "regular" diet and routine. Got a really nice walk. My neighbor joined me so we caught up on the news and ended up walking almost 2 hours. Yup we maintained our 6 ft distance.

I did a walk at the shop today. I did get my heart rate up but didn't get any other type of exercise.

I did get plenty of fruits and vegetables yesterday but we won't talk about my evening "diet" either. :(

So this morning around 7:00 am my husband took Josey for a long walk on the reservation. AS soon as they left, Wally started howling and then came over to me with those brown eyes, dancing around me until I got up, got dressed and took him for his walk. Got that done Had cereal and a banana. Carol
