I've started kettlebell swings, only since July of 2019, starting with following the Minimum Effective Dose ideas of Tim Ferriss, who says 75 kettlebell swings three times a week is a place to start.

I have a 1.5 pd = 24 kg kettlebell. I do swings in sets of 10 to 30.

As a consequence, in July (2019) I did a total of 705 swings.
In August 1700 swings.
In September 904 swings (a little rest in there for a couple of weeks).
This morning (Oct. 16) did 160 swings, so far in October 890 total.

I know many of you track in minutes, but since I'm only doing swings, that's how I'm keeping up. About 8 to 10 minutes of wall time, and about 5 minutes total time, for 160 swings.

Swing away!
