I had oatmeal with frozen blueberries and toasted almonds tossed in, with a tsp of maple syrup on top for sweetener!

I also had a banana protein smoothie.

This kept me full and energized for six hours! (Breakfast tends to be my largest meal of the day)

Dunking Donuts large Iced Mocha Swirl Latte with skim and an Apple N Spice Donut... Hey, as long as that's not what I'm eating EVERYDAY for breakfast, I'd say that's not a bad thing!

Today I drank a nice smoothie made with a banana, frozen mango, milk and smooth peach-mango tofu.

To all oatmeal lovers, here's something really interesting: Buy old fashion, natural oatmeal. It's way higher in fibers and nutriments than those minute or express oatmeal. Plus, it take the exact same time in the micro-wave. You can flavor it as you like with a little maple syrup or honey, fresh or dried fruits, whatever you like, and it's cheaper. So why buy little packages of processed oatmeal?

I was bad today. I had an egg mcmuffin from McDonald's. I had every intention of eating healthy. I had my breakfast and lunch packed to take to work and I left it on the kitchen table. I hate working Saturdays!

Today's breakfast was super boring! I had wheat chex with some wheat germ, bananas, and almond milk. I also grabbed a granola bar on the way out the door today. It may have been simple but it was still tasty.

I want to steal wickedhears breakfast now. pecans! almond milk! frozen rasperies! Sounds damn delicious.

I'm lazy with breakfasts. Terribly so. Just got a piece of the banana bread I baked earlier this week before running to work. And a coffee, coffee coffee, and some more coffee, as usually.

An apple, a clementine and a piece of spiced dried beef.
That dried-beef thingy is called piru-piru. Package has no nutrition info on it, and I'm not entirely sure how to properly enter it on nutritracker yet so made do with just 'dried beef'- but hey, it should up the protein and fiber intake, I guess? Even if it comes with whole load of sodium.
Also, has anyone entered micronutrients for green tea and saved it, so I could be lazier and just choose that green tea instead?

BTW for those loving oatmeal/corn flakes/muslis but not that happy about milk in mornings - have you tried your oatmeals with juices? When I eat oatflake based muslis I often just pour some hot water over it, and then add a bit of some thickish non-sour juice - banana/pear/peach is what's readily available in shops over here. Or, if in London, I'd go for an innocent smoothy instead of the juice - too much of a guilty pleasure.

I had turkey bacon and egg whites with one peice of toast and 1 teaspoon of grape jelly (only 25caories :) ). I also had a cup of coffee with two tablespoons skinny white chocolate mocha fat free creamer- delish!

I am thinking about switching to oatmeal next week..I need new breakfast ideas that are filling. I also saw a recipe for a banana almond oatmeal smoothie that looked great, so I might try that one day!

I cant wait to see what everyone else posts. :)

I can only handle oatmeal with fruit or nuts...or both! Today, I actually did have a bowl of high fiber oatmeal, with wheat germ, blueberries, and a tiny splash of half and half. I also had a banana protein smoothie and coffee.

I admit it. I eat giant breakfasts. In fact, that's usually my single largest meal (calorie wise) of the day.

Oooh I've never tried almond butter in it. Once, I didn't have any fruit or dried fruit and I REALLY wanted Oatmeal with fruit. Soooo I kind of used those dark chocolate covered pomegranate snacks. Not the greatest but it really hit the spot. Haha.
