I don't know about you guys but I tend to switch up my workouts a lot cause I get bored doing the same thing over and over!

Here's a little challenge just to switch things up.

Do any JM workout at least 3 times per week, then switch it up in between with two other non JM workouts of your choice!

Post here which workouts you've done for the day!
