I've never had a hypoglycemic incident, so I feel comfortable postponing breakfast. But I do feed Shadow before we leave. emoticon emoticon

You don't eat at all before you go? I could never do it. I usually have a banana and a glass of fruit juice at the very least. I don't want to have a low blood sugar incident.

I was even luckier, due to the fact that my husband and I had to take our motorhome to the repair shop before he left for work, so Shadow and I left the house for our walk at 5:45 a.m. (No coffee, no breakfast until we get our one hour walk in.) In a few minutes I'm going to the gym.....get it all done before it heats up. I'll be doing this every day until this hot streak lets up.

I was lucky to get out for my dog walk by 7:30 this morning. They're forecasting some truly hellish temperatures today. I hope that everybody is being sensible about heat stroke today! Good luck!
