Today is my weigh in day. I'm down 1.7 this week! Yay! Not the 2 -3 minimum I had hoped for, but considering the weekend I had before I got myself together, I think i did darned good.

I've planned ahead for this week, which will be a tough one. I have an extra long weekend and my husband plans on doing a whole lot of celebratory eating on Wednesday. I have to stick with my plan and exercise a lot and I'll be fine!

As for my husband, he weighs in tomorrow at this gym to see who wins the Spring Melt Down contest. He's told he is one of the front runners and he has been working his butt off to win. The contest started in April, but since September he has lost over 160 lbs...I'm incredibly proud of him emoticon

I've been sitting by watching my DH melt away...now it's my turn! We're going to be the hottest couple around! emoticon

Unfortunately I stalled out a bit this month. I have 30 more days until my 1 year SParkversary and 5 more lbs to go to hit the 100 lb marker so I need to turn up the heat a little!

Thanks! I just exercise ALOT! I do a minimum of 60 minutes of low impact aerobics ( watp dvd's 4-5 miles ) 6x a week. I also go for 2-3 mile walks throughout the week and keep active. I will burn about 6,000 calories a week and walk at least 30 miles a week. I also eat alot of fresh fruits and veggies, some days I am at 70-80% fruits and veggies. Fat and carbs low and I have a huge cheat day once a week sometimes a cheat meal too. Most days I keep my calories low. That is mostly it, plus I am happy most of the time and I go out alot!

Checking in. I lost another 3 pounds this week for a total of just over 110 pounds since Jan.1/10 I have lost 55 pounds since March 1st/10 the date I am starting my 100 pounds to lose in a year. I am more than half way and its only been 3 and a half months!

Wow, congrats to you with the great weight loss numbers. Maybe even more important is way to go for those (including myself) that keep plugging along although the journey is slower than we would like. I started this journey on 1/1/10 and have lost about 28 lbs, only .2 lbs this week. But I have to remember that the bright side is if I had not embarked on this journey, I would have probably gained 10 lbs. So if the 100 lbs in a year takes 18 months or 2 years, so be it.

Nothing's gonna stop me now.

June is here, I am ready to go. Drinking 8-10 cups of water per day and eating only while conscious, or at least able to make a good choice.

I love watermelon Good thing they are good for you.

i am back,after gaining 22 more lbs.i am going to be accountable every day to log exercise,caloric intake,and if i vent please don't hold it against me.so here i start over at 319lbs. and all my shirts are made by hogs 'r' us:)i am shooting for 299 by july 4,thanks. emoticon

So, May may have been a little hard for some of us, but were Sparkers, so we are going to keep going and get on to June. This month Monday in fact I am going to jog my first 5K. Found out about it Sunday and am looking forward to it. If any of you can get to Astoria, Or they are have a Truffle/Shuffle to celebrat the 25th anniversary of Goonies....maybe we'll see each other there! Have a super month everyone!
