I am new to the team and was checking out the challenges. Well I use to do a wall sit when i would brush my teeth in the am (got up to 2 minutes!). But I gave it up last month.

I wonder if I'll break the toilet seat if I do dips ;). I work in a busy office, bit I think I can do 10 wall pushup each time.

Okay to tomorrow july 13th I plan on doing 10 wall pushup each time I go ;), well actually probably after hehe.

I thought this whole thing was a little silly, but I decided to do it anyway. I committed to do wall pushups everytime I go to the restroom at home. Monday I did 10 every time I went, and with drinking all this water I had to have done about 50 or more. I forgot about it yesterday and then started again this morning. So far I have already done 20. During the first set, I noticed my triceps are sore. Must be working. Thanks for the suggestion!

I do wall pushups sometimes when visiting the bathroom, but I like the idea of doing something *every* time! Great challenge!

I thought, ok I'll do squats...but I soon discovered that these are not easy to do in 4" heels! In fact, I think proper form is completely impossible!

Hmmmm...might have to think of some other exercise to do!

great challenge! I have a guy friend who stays in shape this way; everytime he has to go into his bedroom he does 10 pullups on the bar he installed over his door. And let me say that man is ripped!! Count me in, I'm starting with wall squats, and with how many times I go to the ladies room in a day thats going to be a serious amount of squats..

I've been doing little exercises in the bathroom for a long time now! It's really easy to do and you might be surprised by how quickly it all adds up into a nice mini fitness routine.

I loved this idea when I saw it and started doing it right away.

I'm doing 10 wall pushups and 10 calf raises each trip, with a goal of at least 40 of each every day! It's making a difference.

Ha, well I did this challenge when it first started up, I'm gonna start again now. This ought to be fun, I drink at least 4 bottles of water a day AND take a diruetic, so I literally pee like every 20-30 minutes :|

Wall squats & leg lifts, as well as wall push-up's for me.

Squats done leaning your upper body against a wall with your leg out in front of you at about a 45* angle. Make sure your knees don't go past your toes while your back is sliding down the wall !!

I do marching in place while I brush my teeth and sometimes I throw in some squats as well.

We have to know that sometimes people will let us down. Caring about others and loving others takes risk and probably more than we have in us most of the time. But I think the more we put out there, we'll have something returned greater than we could have imagined.
