Week 3 April 15-21

1. Here is a very interesting article for this week!

2. Add Activity—Not Just Exercise—to Your Day! For example: parking farther away and walking into the store. Doing push -ups, lunges or crunches during commercial breaks. I have been known to do bicep curls with the sack of potatoes at the store LOL
Do this 3 times this week for 50 pts per time. Max 150 on this one.
POINTS: 150
Mon: wall pushups while waiting for water to boil on stove.
Wed: Stomach isometrics during 200 mile drive to DH doctor's appointment.
Thurs: used bottom step (2 story house) to step up and step down with each leg several times.

3. Cardio Minutes~ for every minute you workout you get a point! woohoo For example: if you walked with Leslie for 30 mins today then you get 30 pts.

Mon 30 (Leslie)

Sun = 60 walk/jog with lunges, bends, curls using water bottle
Mon = Zumba 60 mins; Danced around and did squats
Tues = Crunches, danced while doing dishes
Wed = danced with dishes
Thurs = 30 min walk/jog
