did around 4000 steps today??!!

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

as I'm restricted to my apartment (due to Covid, we're restricted from even walking in the hall) and we have melting snow here (outside is slippery), walking will be replaced with chair exercises.

Strap on your pedometer -
We are going WALKING!
Your challenge today is to put on your pedometer (if you own one) and try to get in 10,000 steps.
If you don't have a pedometer, that is roughly a 5 mile walk.
This is a great way to burn off the extra calories we consumed over the week.
