154 again! Can never lose over the weekend. Small breakfast, Big "kiddush" (lunch) at Shul, then cauliflower crust pineapple pizza for dinner, quantities always bigger than during the week.

Still staying between 150 and 155. My current goal is to go AND STAY below that, but not that much more. The doctor wants to keep "some meat" on me (and my husband) because he insists that at our age (75 and 77) we nead something extra in reserve because even a simple cold could become complicated if we can't fight it.

Charna & Elona, I only weigh in once a week. I find that I start obsessing over the numbers fluctuating if I weigh more than that. I think this is the "official" place to post your weight to track on the team and you can choose how often you record it. I see many others just recording once a week.

I weigh daily too, but a weekly one would probably be less see-sawing. I seem to do a lot of that each week, and if I was restricted to one day it might not vary that much, and hopefully it would keep going down.

down to 153 on 1/5/2020. Not bad since I started MANY years ago at 225, but have been losing steadily since I realized that 185 was NOT an ideal weight in March of 2017. I've been doing
lo-carb since then. No carbs until dinner then lots of veggies, then fruit for dessert!

1) tracking all food honestly
2) keeping my calorie range between 1150 and 1250 per day and 23 points per day
3) increasing my exercise from 20 minutes per day to 30 minutes per day 5-6 times per week

1. Fasting at least 4 times a week by eating around 500 calories

2. Drink at leat 3 water bottles a day

3. Walk at least 2x a week for over 30 minutes

3) increase cardio to walking for at least one hour each session

What I'm doing is working for right now. I am going to relax and enjoy Thanksgiving then see where I'm at next Monday and make a plan for what to focus on in December.
