I daily a protein shake in the morning. a big salad at lunch and a small dinner in the late afternoon. a snack at night. my blood sugars have been 6.0 it was down from 6.9 .

Bone broth is supposed to be good for the skin. I am adding this to my daily food plan. Alnong with adding soy protein to help with hot flashes. i also stater taking Lecithin for the hot flashes. I did not have any last night.
