I weigh in almost daily, but I have a rule that I don't actually consider the weight official until it has read the same for two consecutive days. My weigh fluctuates several pounds and I don't want to be down about a "fake" gain or excited about a "fake" loss.

I've blogged about this a few times. I don't use the scale. Threw it in the dumpster. I use the pant-o-meter.

Never, never, never give up.

Well I weigh in once a week now, but I used to weigh daily which would be very frustrating because my weight can go up drastically from one day to the next, so now weighing weekly works better. If you're unsure of seeing too small of results, than wait another week. It's just whatever you're most comfortable with.

How often does everyone weigh in? Today would mark my "one week" back on SP. I'm tempted to weigh in, but at the same time, wonder if I should wait longer (2 weeks) so that I'm giving myself a chance to see results. Thoughts???
