" Long Run" today....
What ever that means to you. To me my long run is a 3.5 mile run. To Others it might mean a 15 mile run.
I am just starting, maybe in a few months my long run will be a 15 miler ;-)

Tomorrow Is Rest Day. I like to do a bit of Yoga during my rest days 30-60 min.

You don't need a partner to be in the tri., although it is always fun and motivating to have someone to train with (recruit a friend :o). I will be posting our workouts here if anyone wants to join us.

For Wednesday June 3rd....
Mount Bonnell at 6:30 AM for a Hard Workout

- Run Up the stairs
- 20 Squats at the top. Walk/ run down
- 15 Push ups at the bottom
- Run Up
- 20 Lunges at the top
- Down and
- 15 Push ups at the bottom
- Run up
- 40 Sit ups/ Crunches
- Down
- 15 Push ups
- Run Up
- Take a breath and a look to the lake Come down and stretch!

I will participating in the couples triathlon which takes place July 12th. I am starting to train (a bit late) this week for it.
