Hey!
Good luck -- I haven't done that tri, but the route is great. The ride in particular is beautiful -- rolling hills, but pastures of cows and goats and fields of sunflowers. (I rode it this past Sunday!)

OK, so I havent done a tri in 10+ years. I have found that using a triathlon training schedule has been fun so I figure why not get out and do one. So, I am now signed up for a mini-sprint distance event. Should be interesting.
