I'm still working on a solution to that. I listened yesterday to Lisa Nichols video yesterday (Fit, Fine, Fab group) and she talked about how to reach attainable goals by creating non-negotiables. Things you will not compromise, neglect or make excuses for, to obtain your goal. It makes sense to me...if I really want to lose weight and reach the goal for this week, month, etc., I have to stick with the plan and nothing can make me detour. So even though I'm struggling right now with back and foot pain...if I can't go to the gym...I've created some bathroom workouts (squats, wall push ups, arm circles, leg kicks). I set goals for how many I do everyday. Even if I go to the gym that day...I've also completed these exercises too,

I also just saw a post of a vision board for the month. Had calendar, goals, and with each days accomplishments a check or sticker indicating if it was done that day. At the end of the month she was able to see how she stuck or didn't stick to certain goals. I'm making one of those today. I think looking at it and posting for everyone to see will motivate me

When I don't feel like it, I usually don't. I know I won't do it well and probably wouldn't even get a good sweat because my mind is on what I could be doing instead of exercising. That's will only last a couple of days because by then, I'll remember that I haven't exercised in a couple of days, and I'll go ahead and get in a good sweat or strength training.

Psalms 34:7 - Delight your self in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart.

How do you make yourself exercise when you know you SHOULD but don't feel like it? Do you have a friend to whom you are accountable? Do you ask your spouse/significant other to remind you? Do you write it down as a reminder in your calendar? emoticon
