In order to help get my water in for the day, I make one cup of instant coffee (I really hate coffee, but this way I don't taste it) and I add one cup of skim milk (80 calories) and 2 cups spring water, making a quart. It tastes more like milk to me than the coffee and thus I drink it down. I really dislike plain water, even spring water, so I add something. I usually add 1/4 cup orange juice to a qt of water and make "flavored water" and that has 30 calories.

Making healthy choices in our daily lives is all part of that wonderful positive way of living! So, please share....what was one healthy choice you made today or yesterday (depending when you reply to this post)!

It can be fighting off a food temptation, making sure to get in your 8 glasses of water, taking a walk, positive self-talk, deep breathing exercises to help lower the stress, eating breakfast, doing your exercises, getting in your rest and that all-important "me time", no soda for the day, and so much more!!!

One healthy choice a day is a great way to stay on track and build that overall good health and happiness!
