Didn't make my weight loss goal-in fact I gained .8 lbs. Only 2 shifts left at 911 so I will make that goal by 4 p.m. tomorrow. Did turn in my application to Little Caesar's but haven't heard from them. Not too concerned cos switching cell providers and internet provider took care of where I was going to be short

Ladylinda1 - Are you hand sewing or machine making your quilt? I used to do a lot of handsewn quilts. I even had a once a month quilting group and we hand sewed a different pattern every month. It ended when I was transferred to a different park, but those were fun days!

- start the wedding quilt
- take everyone out for my grand daughters 18th birthday and stay on plan
- stay committed to the exercise plan I have in place

Lose the 5.7 lbs I want to lose this month

Have no gains this month
Exercise at least 3X per week
Less computer time while home

Try to lose 10 pounds more. It is just stuck stuck stuck stuck stuck stuck stuck stuck stuck stuck...

Get to the gym 2 or more times a week and row 1 mile/15 mins, bike 2 miles/12 mins, hand cycle 2 miles/15 mins, and push elliptical to 2 miles/15 mins with 3 rounds of 2 different machines or body exercises between each cardio totalling 1hour and 20 mins.

Continue twice a week for an hour with trainer. Push weights, bosu ball exercises and supersets.

Work on taxes.....

Keep on Sparking! It works!

What are some things you would like to accomplish for the month?

Draw a Heart with circles to color in for each goal or weight loss met visual.
