December Goals - Weigh less Jan 1 then I did Dec 1. Holidays are hard so 1 lb a week for 5 lbs. More than that would be fantastic.
Work on organization - keeping kitchen fridge, sink, cupboards, counters and drawers clean.
Christmas decorations and cards done by the 13th.
Try to get some movement in each day.

my December goals are sort of a continuation of my November goals.
- keep the weight the same - no gains
- learn how to deal with stress bingeing
- bake mindfully and gift most of it away, it makes me feel good and someone else can appreciate a home made treat at xmas
- clean some area daily - I have been doing this through November and discovered it makes me feel like I have accomplished something
- letters & cards - are sent
-decorate the tree - done
- decorate the house - has to wait on the electrician, maybe Wednesday
- make a list of all the things I have accomplished each day so I get past this total focus on food and weight loss
- enjoy being home;right now this is a hard one. I am not used to being home and not working. Have to find a new routine that does not involve food and feeding people. lol.
- make time for me - another hard one

- Lose 8-10 pounds
- Increase intensity and duration of gym workouts
- Eat more protein and lower carbs to below 100 daily
- Enjoy the holiday season

My December goals/bucket list include:
- sending Christmas cards before Christmas
- decluttering the house for family visit 12/26-29
- eating WHOLE 30ish to continue to experiment with food groups that could be causing issues.
