-Successfully complete my WHOLE 30 challenge
-Keep a gratitude journal
-Plan my week to determine where I can schedule workouts AND THEN WORKOUT! :)

November goals
1. Stay within calorie range
2. Get down to 173.0 (2.8 lbs)
3. Decorate for Christmas by the end of the month-so far have 1 tree up in bedroom
4. Use November as a practice month for staying with plan and working more at work. My hrs have doubled for November and if a co-worker doesn't return Nov 30 from 6 months FMLA leave I intend to apply for full time position

November goals - add 2 more exercise routines to my list
- stay within my calorie range
- get my spare rooms cleaned out for xmas
- lose 15 pounds by January 1st
- get good Samaritan shoe boxs packed and sent away by November 5th
- take more stuff to the salvation army
- get my xmas newsletter done and sent by December 1st

I am going to be the keynote speaker at our annual Parks Dept. conference on Feb. 4. I want to be down at least 40 pounds by then. So Nov. goal is to lose 8-10 pounds. I also want to cut salt consumption and add 2 hours of cardio a week on top of 2 hours with a trainer and one hour weights. I want to keep cals between 1250-1300.

Keep on Sparking! It works!

Here are my goals for November:

1. Do not eat over my calorie range

2. Ride the exercise bike for 10 minutes a minimum of 3 days a week.

3. Find a schedule that allows me to accomplish all of my responsibilities within the work day so I do not have to work on the weekends or in the evenings

4. At the bare minimum, maintain my current weight; however, I would like to lose about 3 lbs by the end of November.

Ta be able ta go back ta the YMCA ta swim and exercise.

Also ta have some money left at the end of the month ta be able ta do a movie or somethang.

Lose at least 5 ta 10 pounds. Or is that too much?

-Add a second group workout consistently (aqua size)
-finish Christmas shopping
-have spare room ready for Christmas guests to sleep
-make quick breakfasts to go (pumpkin no wheat muffins or egg cups)
-use exercise bike 2x per week since it’s at home already
