My goals for Oct

450,000 steps, 2000 minutes of cardio and 800 minutes of strength.

I have to work 12 a whole week that is going to kill me. That was changed to 5, 10 hour days and 2, 4 hour days. I hope the last 4 hour day is a joke.

My goal for October is to take 5,000 steps a day for 155,000 steps for the month!

I’m short 8,323 steps.

I’ve had a really bad headache for a week and that has impacted my ability to get my steps in.

120 mins a week. My bone on bone knee prohibits me from getting all the steps in I would like. I walk my lab around the neighborhood for about a mile & half 4 X week.

On this Journey for a life style change!

How many Minutes, Miles or Steps can you do in the month of October?

Are you walking nature trails? Doing Virtual Walks? Pick a destination and see if you can reach it by the end of the month.
