NSV to wrap up the month with...
Since June 1st, I have lost 1.5 inches from my upper arms, 3.75 inches from my thighs, 6.25 inches from my waist, & 1.75 inches from my chest.

Total inches lost in June = 13.25

Scrap - Good for you again!
My NSV was rediscovering Brussels sprouts (of all things!)! They don't taste as horrid as I remember them as a kid. I have been roasting them and eating them in salads. I have found them actually yummy! It is nice to have another vegetable option.

So I've been trying to build up my running endurance through a trot/walk program. Well yesterday I did 2 min trot and a 1 min and my avg was a 16 min mile. I actually lasted 24 minutes!!!!

Other than yesterday I have stuck with my plan and also getting more vegs in. Didn't get my step goal yesterday but I am still ahead of my June goal

And a sweatshirt with a horse on it that I bought my Dad Christmas 1996 now fits. It's hung in my closet since 1997 for that 'maybe one day I can fit into it'. emoticon

My NSV... Yesterday and today I wore pants to work that had been stashed in a bin because they had gotten to tight. The one pair fit nicely...the pair today will be going in a blessing box soon. About 5 more lbs and they will be falling off!!!

So a little late to the party for this weekend BUT on Saturday BF asked me to wear a dress on date night and I wasn't sure. Pulled out one that always made me feel pretty and rocked it. I looked d@mn good and NO SPANX NEEDED!!!

NSV today was I was able to balance on wiggly foam while doing squats with a kettleball at the gym with my trainer and I didn't fall over although there were a couple of times I almost did!

Wore a dress to work with no pantyhose. Logged over 2,000 steps wearing it and I had no inner thigh chafing!

My NSV is I just swam 50 laps in my complex pool! Woo-hoo! After shoulder surgery last year, I didn't think I would ever swim again.
Another NSV is that I can now wear handbags and totebags on my shoulder. Before, my shoulders were just way bigger than the handles and wouldn't fit!

@4ME2FLY Only other option I would know would go to library and use internet computer to sign in to your account and join from there and see if it will show up on your phone app

@4ME2FLYI don't know. I go INTO SP on my phone using those 3 lines at top left to get to my trackers. Then go to other goals.
