Got a Garmen Vivo 3 so that I can participate in the Healthy Pathways step challenges at work. It will make it easier to post here too... Most importantly, it will help me in my new journey!

Got my walk in at work again today...temps are getting too hot here to walk outside. They say we will see 110° this coming week emoticon I'm definitely not ready for that. I've also kept up with the office squat challenge.

@DEBYDOINGIT I don't mind at all. It's a simple Excel spreadsheet with formulas and I change the month and the formulas put it all together for me

Got in a short walk at work during my lunch break, raised my desk and got my 50 squats in for the office squat challenge, then I twisted away on my Simply Fit Board, and I included the arm exercises using light hand weights.

June 15, 2019 10,023 = 187,260 this was the harder day ever. I had low blood sugar and for some reason I was not able to keep it up to where I felt safe. It took 800 extra calories including 2 bowls of pasta which I usually can't eat. I then did my work out late stop hydrated checked sugar and did another. fitbit quit syncing So when I was done I didn't have enough steps so I got back to finish. Nothing in my day was hard. I was not sick. I just had to wait and wait. Not being able to do what I want to do makes me crazy. So of all my days these 10,023 steps were the most effort.

Littlered, I think they came out with a new model from when I got mine. Sadly mine didn't make a move I made, so I'm wanting to replace it.

Did my workout in the community pool today. 30 minutes of nonstop water treading, 30 minutes of water aerobics, and 10 minutes of stationary swimming against the jets. Grand total of 70 minutes. Plus a half mile walk to and from the pool.

@4ME2FLY You can use whatever method of tracking you want. You just have to move:) Is there a new Gazelle out? I've had mine quite awhile. Can't use with my hip & knee.

I do not have a fitbit or anything like that; however I drove a route in my little community so that I knew how far my bike rides were. I'll just follow that path and track my distance. But as the temps rise I will probably purchase a Gazelle and I'll use its computer to track my distance. That way I can work out with a fan blowing on me (it's not uncommon to see temps of 115°+ here).
