Been a long time since I've donned my pedometer or did any kind of intentional exercise.
Yesterday was tough at getting those steps in, so I'm making it doable for at least 2500 steps a day. Thanks for the challenge and wishing all a successful month.

edit- from 2500 steps per day to 3000+

I still have to figure out the virtual hiking part but I am definitely in for the steps/miles. I have increased my daily goal to 8000/day, it's only 500 more but I'm aiming for success with each goal. I'm gonna round up a bit and aim for 250k steps by the end of the month. I think that's at least 115 miles! May the fun begin.

I'm joining in. Will pick destination later after calculating February's.

I have picked for March 'No time to hike the Appalachian Trail' going to start at #12 and work back to #1. For March the goal will be to do #12 thru #7 192.9 miles
