Hi LADYDEE11,

Good you're back and if you're already at the gym...You MEAN business (LOL)!

Same story for me being back on Spark. I forgot about it and returned in August, gone for I think 12 years! Between then and now it was just one more thing to do and with a children at home, "one more thing" was the last thing I needed...ugh!

I can agree with you wanting a cheat day! For me though a whole day would be too much. I LIKE TO EAT and could easily undo the other six days of hard work. What I do instead is buy myself a little something. Nothing I need, but just a little something that has nothing to do with food (e.g. nail polish).

As you wrote - one step at a time, portion control and exercise, those are the recipe for success!

I'm wishing you pounds and inches lost in no time flat!

Here I go again. I haven't been on here for at least a good 6 months, or more. I need to be more consistent. I still missed ya'll. I have this habit most of the time of eating whatever I want. I think I can still lose weight if I do portion control and exercise regularly. So I need to exercise more. I would rather focus on that. Sometimes, well all of the time, I know it has a lot to do with my mindset. I watch a lot of YouTube videos. I'm still motivated to work my weight loss goals one step at a time. I still want a cheat day too.

Nothing today, but thought about it. I weighted myself and I am finally under 200 lbs and the 1st thing I wanted was a brownie.
