Been out of town unexpectedly, so I've missed several days. My mileage so far has been:

5-1: 15 mil
5-2: 30 mi
5-5: 30 mi
5-8: 13 mi
5-9: 15 mi
5-11: 15 mi
5-12: 30 mi
5-13: 15 mi
5-23: 15 mi
5*25: 15 mi
5-26: 18 mi
5-29: 15 mi
5-31: 21 mi

Total for May: 247 miles

My goal was to ride again, and we did 2 days in a row. Then it started raining and has rained everyday I have been off. But we did ride, so goal met.

One Day at a Time:
1) walk/ride 30 minutes
2) organize something in my home
3) fruit or veggie with each meal
4) sew 1 bobbin full
5) make someone smile

May Cycling Mileage

May 8th: 29.19 miles
May12th: 31.15 miles
May15th: 39.30 miles
May 21st: 29.03 miles
May 24th 40.74 miles

Total: 178.41 Miles

Thanks, Bruce. I really enjoy my rides, looking forward to them every day. Friday I went 15 miles and Saturday 30 miles.

Fl weather is getting a little warmer, but still great time to be outside. A lot of wild flowers blooming along the roadways and in the fields.

My goal for May is to ride 200 miles. So far, this is what I've done this month:

5-1: 15 mil
5-2: 30 mi
5-5: 30 mi
5-8: 13 mi
5-9: 15 mi

* Begin a structured cycling training plan
