A friend taught me a nice walking meditation suggested by Thich Nhat Hanh: As you walk breath in to the time it takes to say "Oui, Oui, Oui" and exhale to the time it takes to say "Merci, Merci, Merci".

I also like to do a walking meditation with affirmations by saying 'Happy', 'Healthy', 'Strong'.
By saying I mean it is said to yourself silently.

Walking for me is always time to appreciate my ability to be able to briskly walk, see the sky and smell the fresh cut grass.

"'Enough' is a feast. Buddhist proverb
