For those of us who like to have just a little snack once in awhile.

INSTEAD OF EATING... Let's create and " EATING JAR"

1) get a container that you can put in your kitchen, on your desk, etc.

2) get some paper, a pen, and a pair of scissors.

3) cut your paper into little pieces big enough to write "ideas" onto.

4) come up with ideas that you can do INSTEAD OF EATING.

Here are some start your list ideas:

* paint fingernails
* brush you teeth
* go for a walk
* call a friend
* make a blog
* wash the car
* shovel the snow
* send an email to a friend
* drink water
* get a ball and exercise the hand
* play with the kids
* do some stretches
* journal


The ideas just keep on going. PLEASE feel free to post other ideas that you have for others.

This is a WONDERFUL way to walk away from food that you aren't hungry for.

I HAVE PUT MY JAR IN THE KITCHEN. WHERE IS YOUR JAR GOING AND WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR IDEAS THAT YOU CAN ADD TO THE JAR!!
