Well, I did get those pounds off. NOW, I don't recommend anyone doing it my way!! emoticon I was sick for 5 days a few of them with 102 degree temp. My weight went down, but not the way I was hoping to do it. I am still mending, so I am not exercising too much. I am trying to do strength training exercises to get me going again.

I'm doing great with fitness... still need to get on track with nutrition. Leftovers...

how are you all getting on?
my first week didn't go so well... still eating xmas stuff and kind of pigged out on new years day and managed to put on 2 more pounds .....
ah well ... the xmas junk is almost eaten

GRRR... ARGH...its a Buffy thing...she saved the world a lot

Ya, I need to get back on track too!! With Christmas and some stress in my life, I have gained about 10 pounds. That has to go!! I have gotten a couple of them off, so that is good. But now it is time to get going and do it right.

I put back on some from not being out of my apartment enough. I look forward to the move where I will feel more comfortable.

again
christmas has not been good to me this year!
i have put on 4 pounds in a week... clever huh
so i am now right back to square one weight wise
i am more toned and i look slimmer but i know i am not
so back to trackers i guess
and back to planned work outs too
here we go again ....
