Chocolate mousse. Sounds weird but it is so yummy.
2 Avacados
1/2 cup Agave
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup coconut milk
blend together till smooth. ( I used a food processor)
refridgerate 1 hour
Can put a dab of cream on top of serving if wanted
(My son said it reminded him of Nutella so he put it on top of pancakes)

I have my face like flint focused on the goal of losing weight and being healthy. I believe God led me to Spark People and with His strength and the mentoring of this website I will reach my goal.

Ingredients:
Rice cakes (unflavored)
Chocolate Chips
Peppermint Oil

1. Break or cut rice cakes into bite size pieces.
2. Melt chocolate chips.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Add one drop Peppermint Oil.
5. Stir in rice cake pieces to coat.
6. Spread on parchment-paper covered baking sheet and freeze for a few moments.
