Take it slow, little by little increasing your time and strength and eventually you may be able to start using the incline - but that moving, moving, moving is great - keep up the good work!!!

Those videos are great. I went to the gym today but I didn't overdue . I got on the treadmill. I couldn't do any incline it was actually causing some discomfort but I'm sure if I keep it up I will eventually be able to start.

Chair stepping may help you. It's easier on the joints. I do mine on the side of my bed. I'm quite short - under 5' - so my feet don't touch the ground. I have a step stool and it's the perfect height for me. Position yourself wherever you are comfortable and as you start to step make sure your Versa is counting the steps.

I have arthritis and bone on bone in my knee, but am going to get as many steps in as I can. My Versa lite Fitbit will encourage me to get up and move every hour

I am going to try my best to start moving. I haven't been walking the way I used to (I hurt my foot around thanksgiving and it's better now (thought not back to complete normal). I did a little dancing (15 mins) yesterday. I was supposed to go walking at lunch today but didn't get to do that. Hopefully can do another dancing session for at least 15 mins this evening.

Moving more and eating less works!!! We're working on healthy eating, but let's also focus on the other part of the equation as well - moving. So come by as often as you can and let us know how you are "moving and grooving". Some days will be better than others, but consistency is the key - so "Let's Move"!!!
