I have done this challenge in the past. I am going to read a lot of articles to keep me motivated and I am doing the challenge for diabetes.

I am on day five today and everything is going well. One thing I feel better about is that I am back on track and seem to be doing better with logging my foods and counting carbs.

I slipped a bit didn't realize the separate challenge but I am out and going LOL. I also joined the 10 minute exercise challenge which is helping me to get back into my walking groove. I am on Day 6 -- making yourself a priority (following along with the date so I don't mess up lol but plan to back track the rest).

Let's keep it going!

Day 2 I did ten minutes of exercise and read the material for today. Had a good day with food. First good day in months. emoticon
