With about 12 days remaining in 2018, I'm sure at least some of you have started thinking about what you'd like to tackle in the New Year.

So let's hear it! What would you like to start, pursue, or change in the coming year?

I want to...(gulp!) start BODYBUILDING!! There; I said it. It's in fact been a secret desire of mine for decades. I don't know how much is possible at my age (55), but I guess I won't know till I try. At the very least, if I persist, I'll finish out the year more toned than I started.

And of course, I WELCOME YOUR SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT!
