LOVE barbells :)

Back squat, deadlift and bench press are my jam... thinking about entering a powerlifting comp - anyone else heading that direction?

Love barbells. Front squats, hip bridges, snatch are among my favorites. Sometimes I use a barbell with no plates for some things - Jefferson curls for example

I worry about form, too, when I'm doing back exercises. But no trainer in my future - might find a class this year. I'm resolving to make my exercise more social, since I think that will make me more consistent.

I just started using them. Last night I met with a fitness trainer at Planet Fitness, and he taught me two barbell exercises, and promised to add more after I master these.

I am concerned about maintaining proper form without an experienced pair of eyes to monitor me, however; mostly, I will be doing these at home on my own.

The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

Last night was barbell night at the gym, wow I will feel it tomorrow at my HIIT class. Does anyone else love barbells as much as I do?
